Live on your own domain. We walk you through the admin panel on a call, in Hindi or English.
Before you message us
Do I need any technical knowledge to run this?
No. You log in and fill fields, the same way you fill a form. Adding a project, uploading a photo, approving a volunteer — each is a few taps. We teach you on a call and you can message us afterwards if you forget something.
How long does it actually take?
Three working days from the moment we have your logo, photos and details. Most of the wait is usually on that side, so the faster you send them, the faster you are live.
Is the domain and hosting included?
In Complete (₹4,999) and Pro (₹8,999), yes — domain, hosting and SSL for one full year. Starter at ₹2,999 is website development only, for NGOs that already have their own hosting. If you are unsure which you have, message us and we will check for you.
What do I pay in the second year?
₹1,499 a year, which covers domain renewal, hosting and SSL. The website itself is yours — there is no licence fee and no monthly charge. If you would rather move it to your own hosting later, we will hand over the files.
Can donors pay online through the website?
Every plan shows your UPI QR code and bank account details on the donation page, and generates a numbered receipt. A full card and netbanking gateway needs a merchant account in your NGO's name — that setup is included in Pro, and the gateway company charges its own fee per transaction.
Do you help with 80G, 12A or NGO registration?
No. We build websites, nothing else. If your registration is already done, we can display your certificates on the site so donors can see them.
Can I see a real one before paying?
Yes, and you should. Open the live demo and use it properly — register as a volunteer, download an ID card, verify it. That is the same software you will get.
What if I want changes after seeing it?
We show you the site on a temporary link before handover, exactly so you can ask for changes. Colours, text, photos, section order — tell us and we adjust it before it goes live on your domain.
